Welcome to the very first We Are Wirral! Please read the information below carefully, and let us know if you have any questions.
Your dressing room will be available 1hr before your performance, and 30 minutes after - Its important that you vacate within this time.
There will be a basic hospitality rider available which will include a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, snacks and fruit.
We will endeavor to provide WiFi in the dressing rooms, however due to the nature of the festival site, this can occasionally be unreliable.
Please note: We do not offer specific technical or hospitality riders at We Are Wirral.

All Artists to arrive via the BACKSTAGE GATE via Ashville Road / Park Road West. Whats3words: long.grow.mental (Drive to the end of the road)
Only artists with the correct accreditation will be allowed access to the back stage area - Please have the relevant documentation available.
You will be directed to a suitable parking spot by either the Stage Manager or Artist Liaison.
TECHNICAL
You will have received a separate email relating to accreditations, staging and all technical related information. If you have not received another email within 4 weeks of the festival, please email nathan@jazzevents.co.uk
ARRIVAL
Please have your accreditation pin ready when you arrive. This will be sent to you in an email from nathan@jazzevents.co.uk. You will be asked to supply your pin upon arrival in exchange for accreditation at the gate and then directed to parking.
Artist Liaisons will meet you at Artist Parking. Depending on availability, wait for instructions. Please be patient, they get very busy.
DEPARTURE
Please depart via the SAME gate you entered the festival. All artists are required to leave site on the day of their performance, unless otherwise arranged.
